Jeffrey (Dongkyu) Kim c2ba43bc8a fix(ci): remove consumed changeset assertion for used-car-price-search ... Backport of the main hotfix (#89). Same anti-pattern documented in CLAUDE.md: the test asserts a changeset entry for used-car-price-search exists in .changeset/*.md, but `changeset version` deletes those files during release. On the version-bump commit the test fails and blocks the release pipeline — same issue previously fixed in #50 and #78.
