feat: add license verification module (auth.weail.icu)

- Add src/license_check.rs: license key verification against auth.weail.icu API
- Integrate verify_license() call into all three main() entry points
- Supports multi-path license.key lookup, device ID auto-detection
- 10s HTTP timeout with offline fallback
