Self Contained Executable

Differences between app variants are shown in the following table:

Needs .NET Desktop Runtime	Yes	No
Parquet Engine(s)	ParquetNET	ParquetNET + DuckDB

To keep the regular executable size reasonable the DuckDB parquet engine is only included with the SelfContained version. This means the SelfContained version might be able to open files that the regular version cannot but is a bit slower to launch comparatively.
