34bd3e981e feat: enable extension toolbar on phone layout 
Uncommented the sed commands in build.sh that enable the extension
toolbar for phone layouts. This injects the extension toolbar container
stub into the toolbar layout and sets the baseline width to 0dp to
ensure it is displayed.

This change is based on the implementation in:
https://github.com/mahmoudalimohamedali1-cpu/sneptuob-browser
